About the Team/Position
The Manager of Learning and Development is responsible for working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop learning content. This includes auditing existing learning materials, adapting content to changing learner needs, and aligning content with business goals and initiatives. This individual will also manage the learning environment, implement training development standards, and coordinate job-related activities and assignments.

- A consultative approach to recommending training and learning solutions.

- Developing and adapting learning content, aligning it with business goals, and maintaining consistency.
- Researching learning needs and creating blended learning options.
- Measuring trainee performance, resolving inconsistencies, and researching industry techniques.
- Replicating best practices and building accountability for progress.
- Fostering continuous learning and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
