The Director, Finance plays a critical role in driving strategic initiative across Merchandising. You’ll lead insightful and actionable projects. If you love analytical rigor, having an influential voice, and playing in both the details and the strategic visioning…this is the role for you!

You’ll make an impact by:
Leading Teams – Continuously looking for ways to improve process efficiencies. Inspire teams to innovate in how they work and focus on the top things that will drive the business.
Advising Leadership – provide business partnership supporting priorities, top-of-mind, helping connect the dots and providing a forward-looking lens for the business
Enabling Strategic Initiatives – Thought leadership & support for cross-functional initiatives – facilitating collaboration/alignment to accelerate growth
Forecasting, Planning and Analytics – Support the strategic and financial forecasting & planning process to maximize growth and profitability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, strategy, data science, finance, or related area and 7 years’ experience in strategic finance, competitive intelligence, consulting, market research, data analytics, or related area in a high-growth technology sector.
- MBA highly preferred
- 2+ years of senior leadership decision support and influencing experience
- 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
- 4+ years of experience of strategic long term forecasting and reporting
- 4+ years of experience analyzing data and interpreting results
- Experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
- Experience in Supply Chain, Retail, Merchandising Planning and / or Finance
- Experience working in Fortune 100 finance
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
- Comfort with ambiguity
You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
