Senior, Data Engineer - Labor Generation

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. If you have a passion for data engineering and a drive to create impactful data solutions, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy and Management
• Develop and implement data strategies that align with business goals and labor generation objectives.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Optimize data storage and scalability to support labor forecasting and workforce management needs.
Data Pipeline Development and Integration
• Design and build robust data pipelines using ETL batch processing, streaming ingestion, and other techniques.
• Integrate data from various internal and external sources to support labor generation analytics.
• Develop logical and physical data models, including data warehouse and data mart designs.
• Evaluate and optimize existing data models to improve labor generation accuracy and efficiency.
Labor Generation Analytics
• Develop and implement data-driven models and algorithms to predict labor needs and optimize workforce allocation.
• Analyze historical data and trends to forecast future labor requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand labor generation challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
Technical Problem Solving and Code Development
• Translate labor generation and workforce management problems into data-related solutions.
• Write and maintain code in languages such as SQL, Java, C++, and Python.
• Create test cases and proofs of concept to validate labor generation solutions.
• Deploy software to production servers and maintain documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience in data engineering, data management, and data governance.
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and other database technologies.
• Strong understanding of data transformation techniques and cloud data environments.
• Experience with labor generation analytics and workforce management solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency using GCP BigQuery, SQL server, Python, airflow and tableau/Looker reporting.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
