Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Looking for a talented Senior Manager, Project Management, who will lead and drive strategic communications and engagement initiatives across specific pillars within People Tech & Services (PT&S).
- Drive key initiatives that enhance associate engagement and align with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution of All Hands meetings, develop strategic internal communications plans, and foster community building through Workplace
- Manage associate surveys for actionable insights, designing and executing Listening Sessions to improve organizational health, and crafting executive newsletters that highlight achievements and priorities
- Partner with leadership to create impactful executive narratives and presentation decks, lead recognition programs through engaging content like videos and product spotlights, and manage AEM content to ensure associates have access to relevant information.
- With a base foundation in video editing, you also strategize and produce demo videos to showcase organizational successes and innovations.

This role requires someone with exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation development skills, with a focus on leadership and executive-level communications. You will be pivotal in building a strong organizational culture by fostering associate connection, transparency, and recognition. In addition to, you will collaborate with specific group directors, and develop communication strategies that align with business priorities, while enhancing the associate experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.2 years’ supervisory experience.
3 years’ project management experience.
