Job Title: Sales Trainer
Job Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to enhance the sales skills of our team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with Walmart Business Sales objectives and strategies as well as designing and delivering educational programs for our sales teams. The Sales Trainer will conduct skills gap analyses, prepare learning materials, and evaluate results after each training session.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new salespeople.
- Monitor sales objectives and results.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Evaluate sales team performance to ensure training effectiveness.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
- Identify individual and team training needs through job analysis and regular consultations with sales directors.
- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
- Review sales team’s calls and sales visits to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Organize and lead training sessions on products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
- Track and report on training outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Report on the impact of training programs (e.g., sales achieved).
Requirements:
- Must be willing to live in Bentonville, Arkansas, and report into Home Office - Sales Daily
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role. Experience in a sales role is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Solid communication and presentation abilities.
- BSc degree in Education, Human Resources, or relevant field job experience.
- Additional certification in training is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
