Position Summary...
What you'll do...
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for Membership Acquisition Integrated Marketing Planning. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive membership growth and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated marketing, data analysis, and team leadership. This role will work out of our home office in Bentonville, AR and report to the Senior Director, Marketing Planning and Strategy.
What you'll do:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to acquire new members and retain existing ones.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, direct mail, and events.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a direct report, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Membership Marketing Strategy, Membership business leads, media & channel execution partners, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations back to business teams to inform them of effectiveness of Marketing support to their business objectives.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on membership acquisition & loyalty.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics software.
- Innovative thinking with a passion for developing cutting-edge marketing strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
