How will you contribute to the success of the team?
Continuous Improvement: Streamline workflows, develop methods for improving processes, set priorities for process problems, facilitate a culture of continuous improvement, and analyze findings from improvement cycles.
Data and Advanced Analytics: Leverage data analysis tools to explore and test hypotheses, build and present insights, and influence strategic work. Use data visualization tools to construct coherent stories and drive continuous improvement.
Partnership, Collaboration, and Influential Communication: Build and maintain effective partnerships, influence outcomes, communicate shared goals, consult on strategic talent decisions, and promote diversity and inclusion. Organize and communicate credibly in an interdivisional setup, present to and influence teams and clients, convey complex information clearly, and provide constructive feedback.
Automation System Design and Integration: Identify areas for automation, assess tasks for automation potential, analyze space and cost requirements, and resolve issues related to automation machinery. Identify issues for new automation designs, measure project performance, document implementation plans, develop technology interfaces, and prepare integration tests.
Business Acumen: Provide recommendations to solve complex business issues, develop business cases, translate business requirements into projects, and connect business needs with solutions.
Engineering Economics: Advise on financial tools and techniques, build business cases, conduct financial analyses, and ensure ROI performance.

Have proven experience in data analysis, process design, and automation systems within the manufacturing space.
Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
