Group Director, Corporate Development And Integration - Integration Execution (VIZIO)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Director, Integration Execution to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all elements promised during deals and acquisitions are executed and seamlessly integrated into the Walmart ecosystem. This includes managing aspects such as security, accounting, financials, talent, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of integration plans related to deals and acquisitions.
  • Ensure all integrated activities are aligned with Walmart's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Oversee security, accounting, financials, and personnel management to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Manage and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support integration efforts.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of integration outcomes and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational transitions.
  • Drive strong program/project management to achieve integration milestones and objectives.
  • Run a highly organized and structured integration and execution process to manage competing priorities and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in program and project management.
  • Experience managing partnerships and complex relationships.
  • Strategic management capability, including outcome tracking and change management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and provide a strategic point of view.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), particularly in the integration phase.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
