This Senior Manager, Internal Audit will report to the Director of Global Audit. As a Global Audit Senior Manager, you'll advise on financial, compliance, operational or IT risks to the company.
You will lead the Global SOX program management of our domestic and international teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and guide junior associates through all phases of audit projects. You will plan audit projects, establish business relationships, accomplish the plans, and manage expectations of senior leaders in Global Audit and the businesses you support. You will partner with multiple business leaders across the company, providing valuable insights to ensure the success of these many businesses across the enterprise.
How you'll make an impact:
- Strategic thinking with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Perform Audits for Violations or High-risk Allegations of irregularity, fraud, and corruption, and investigate risk flags
- Develop and Execute Controls Testing Procedures while tracking control deficiencies and identifying potential weaknesses
- Use Project Management Skills to create audit plans and direct workflows
- Manage staff auditors in audit principles, standards, performance evaluations, and team feedback
- Use Data Analytics and New Data Tools such as AI/ML and Generative AI to enhance audit efficiency and improve the Omni retail customer experience
- Become a Trusted Advisor by developing relationships with other teams. Be a go-to resource across the organization to solve issues.
- Develop others through mentoring, leading staff in audit principles, evaluating staff performance and providing performance feedback.
What you'll bring:
- You have 6+ years’ experience in Audit, Compliance, Governance, Risk Management or Controllership preferably with a large corporation or management consulting firm.
- You possess exceptional project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of SOX compliance
- You manage audit plan execution and support new initiatives within our department.
- You create efficiencies in the audit process by leveraging data analytics and implementing automation and integration opportunities.
- You think creatively and strategically and are comfortable challenging the status quo.
- You are at your best working in a team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area.1 year’s supervisory experience.
