We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager, Strategy to join our Omni team at Sam's Club. You will help shape and execute the business strategy. You will work with teams to identify growth opportunities, inspire creativity, and improve the Member experience across Omni channel business.
What you'll do:
Develop and build the Omni strategy for Sam's Club, aligning with the our goals while driving performance against our annual operating plan.
Build performance to measure the success of the Omni business while playing an important role in implementing opportunities to increase sales, profitability or Member experience.
Collaborate with partners, including senior leadership, to Identify growth opportunities in the Omni space.
Lead strategy and preparation for how Omni is represented across the enterprise including monthly strategy reviews, P&L reviews, trading meetings.
Conduct market research industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
Lead the development of business cases and financial models to evaluate potential programs and investments.
Partner with various teams, including Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and product, to lead complex initiatives from concept to execution.
Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership and other team members to communicate strategy and results.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
