Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Manager, Marketing Operations, for the Sales and Marketing Operations team. This role will work cross-functionally with stakeholders regarding vendor management and financial operations. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, and will be located onsite at the Sam’s Club home office in Bentonville, Arkansas.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage existing contractual relationships and vendor sourcing, selection and renewal processes for small or low complexity contracts.

  • Review vendor utilization, supplier metrics and other KPIs to identify trends and ensure that performance goals are met for vendors with small or low complexity contracts.

  • Collaborate with other Marketing groups, Legal and Finance to develop and implement small or low complexity vendor management programs.

  • Negotiate product costs and volume with suppliers for small or low complexity contracts and set up new vendors.

  • Assist Finance with the development of financial forecasts (for example, spending, size/number of contracts, return on investment (ROI)) for small or low complexity contracts.

  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and 1 years’ experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in marketing operations, business management, or related field.
2 years' experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
