As a UX Designer, your role will involve simplifying intricate workflows and information to create easy-to-use experiences. You'll be responsible for bringing a high level of craft to your work and ensuring the usability of the experiences you create. You’ll utilize our Design System which will help deliver consistent and improved experiences on a larger scale. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to our Design System by introducing new components. Your storytelling abilities will come into play as you effectively present the rationale behind your product designs to your broader cross-functional team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an Undergrad or Master's degree program.

  • Expected graduation date between December 2024 and August 2025

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in product design.

  • Have a fantastic Product Design or related portfolio of elegant design solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 2 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 4 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
