This team is at the crossroads of operations and technology to optimize transportation cost and service. To do this, the team manages data, works with product, operations, and other business teams for improvement, and drives changes and enhancements to system configurations and processes. If you are motivated by complex transportation challenges, this role is for you.

  • Strategic Decision Maker: Conduct in-depth investigations into key drivers of transportation challenges, leveraging extensive datasets and performing ad hoc analysis. Utilize the insights gained to make informed and strategic business decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field

  • 3 years’ program management experience

  • 6 years’ experience in supply chain, business, operations, analytics, or related area

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to think clearly, problem solve, analyze quantitatively, scope business requirements and prioritize

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A keen understanding for the interplay between the scientific and artistic aspects of effective pricing

  • Experience utilizing data to define and drive process improvements

  • A background in full truckload transportation, within an asset carrier, brokerage, or at a major shipper

  • A history of building, launching, and scaling technology products with “human in the loop” elements.

  • Advanced SQL proficiency

  • CAPM or PMP certification

  • Customer-centric with demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively influence stakeholders across various levels

  • Able to learn and adapt quickly and handle multiple projects at one time

  • A self-starter and able to work independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining strong organizational skills

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
