As a part of the Walmart Intake & Activation team within Operations, you’ll help facilitate change-management on a national scale by developing simplified and strategic messaging.

You'll drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying associate and store operational needs; developing and communicating priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; and providing relevant resources.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Creative Content Development to help redefine how we empower associates to execute new initiatives and processes in stores. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in writing and building end-to-end training guides, communications, video scripts, and more.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Developing and enhancing content– you will analyze processes and data, turn associate feedback into actionable improvements, and help determine rollout strategy.

  • Delivering complex processes in a simplified, digestible format.

  • Providing influence and insight on current and future business trends; conducting analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends

  • Driving strategic planning and Cross-Functional alignment.

  • Partnering with internal Operations teams to create unique, compelling that benefit stores, associates, and field leaders.

  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing multiple initiatives with competing deadlines, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.

  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and associate/customer needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
