Workstreams:
Delivery Assortment
KPIs: Item availability, GMV placed, AOV by channel
- Assortment expansion (e.g., Rx, Garden Center)
- Site experience (e.g., bundles)
- Seasonal planning
- Basket optimization strategy (incl. express, evergreen, overflow)
Site-to-Shelf Inventory
KPIs: % OOS, % missing locations
- OOS RCA framework & feedback loop
- Shopper pickability logic (i.e., in stock awareness and PO optimization)
- Catalog accuracy (e.g., item dimensions, locations)
This is a Bentonville, AR based role.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
