  • Mentor, onboard, evaluate and scorecard Architectural Consultants, developing action plans for improvement when necessary.
  • Negotiate and oversee architectural contracts and services with architectural consultants.
  • Manage a region of the country and the architectural solutions delivered within it.
  • Manage an individual specialty program and provide training within the team and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on intelligent and timely BIM solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on non-prototypical designs
  • Coordinate design changes from leadership to architectural consultants through internal change processes.
  • Oversee architectural deliverables to ensure timely delivery to internal stakeholders.
  • Understand and deliver prototypical solutions within non-prototypical buildings
  • Review architectural & engineering contract documents to ensure compliance with the established design intent of initiatives.
  • Work closely to provide support to key stakeholders in the development and implementation of store specific design changes.
  • Present design solutions with solid recommended and well established solutions
  • Continuously seek innovative and well developed solutions to internal systems and processes.
  • Manage the safety, security and integrity of building designs, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local building codes, as well as applicable corporate compliance, food safety and asset management requirements.

  • Look beyond symptoms to determine the root causes of problems, and to identify and recommend applicable solutions.
  • Builds trust, confidence, and reputation of the Architecture & Engineering Team by ensuring reliable level of support and service.
  • Can set clear expectations and goals and helps internal and external teams to achieve targets.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
