What you'll do...

Job Summary

As a Finance Manager, you will be fundamental in managing the financial operations of the Fulfillment Center network. This includes executing the month-end close process and forecasting duties, preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting systems, assisting in developing annual and long-range plans, and conducting ad-hoc performance and financial analysis.

What you’ll do

Execute the tactical aspects of the month-end close process for Fulfillment, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and execute forecasting operations

Collaborate with tech teams to ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting systems and contribute to new reporting tool projects

Assist in financial modeling to inform strategic project analysis, guide capital investments, and deliver annual and long-range plans

Prepare ad-hoc performance and financial reports and analysis in partnership with cross-functional teams to drive business and financial growth and discipline

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area

3+ years’ experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area

1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

Experience working with Finance technologies, including OneStream, Power BI, and other data tools

Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
