Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The person in this role will lead the WFS Sales Enablement strategy and lead a high functioning team of sales enablement and partnership professionals. The person will be a key partner to the Marketplace Business Develop and Strategic Account Management teams to support Marketplace seller adoption of Walmart Fulfillment Services. They will need to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functional areas to achieve organizational objectives.

What you’ll do…

  • Establish WFS Sales Enablement strategy to support optimized WFS Seller onboarding and ongoing seller development

  • Design and execute the annual WFS Sales Enablement calendar to engage with, and grow WFS knowledge of, the Walmart Sales Community in support of growing & retaining the WFS seller base

  • Partner with leaders in BD, Strategic Account Mgmt., Product & Seller Engagement to ensure a smooth go-to-market process for all new product releases and updates

  • Leverage data to assess the effectiveness of the enablement programs that support WFS seller acquisition and services adoption on an ongoing basis; uncover opportunities for optimization, and communicate performance metrics and results to stakeholders and WFS senior leadership

  • Manage a high performing team of Sales Enablement and Partnership professionals (2 directs, 1 indirect)

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience
