What you'll do...
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Director of Identity Lifecycle Management to oversee all aspects of identity management within our organization. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient management of user identities throughout their lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of identity management principles and best practices.

What you'll do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive identity lifecycle management framework, including processes for user onboarding, provisioning, and offboarding.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures related to identity management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Lead the design and implementation of identity management systems, tools, and technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and usability.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the identity management system.
- Monitor and analyze identity management metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in identity management and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools and practices.
- Lead a team of identity management professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
- Create a focus to develop talent, build the talent pipeline, and foster an environment allowing everyone to bring their best selves to work.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement and integrate identity management solutions that meet business needs.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in identity management, with a focus on identity lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of identity management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing identity systems, such as LDAP, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or other IAM solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of identity management professionals.
- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or GIAC, are highly desirable.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
