The Enterprise Client Experience (ECE) team is looking for a customer-obsessed collaborator to join the Global Tech Organization as a Senior Manager, Product Management (Product Manager), working alongside our Client Engineering teams to deliver industry-leading device experiences that associates trust to power anytime, anywhere work.

As the Product Manager of Device Lifecycle Experiences, you'll lead a talented product experience team through the strategy and execution of end-to-end associate device experiences for associates, including onboarding, refresh, break/fix, and offboarding.



About Team:
Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.

What you'll do:

  • Deeply understand the technical processes related to the product team’s scope, and effectively manage the adoption of new and emerging technologies related to device lifecycle experiences

  • Execute multiple technical business plans and projects globally, displaying your ability to remove obstacles while supporting multiple prioritizes and initiatives

  • Create deep relationships with business partners and key stakeholders to build trust and drive successful initiatives, while effectively identifying and initiating changes when necessary

  • Effectively communicate and influence, while supporting our organization’s ways of working and iterative optimization of processes

  • Display an experience-first mindset and exceptional storytelling abilities to create alignment within the product team, your direct org, and across all effected areas of the business

  • Leverage high EQ and situational awareness to convey complex information into simplified terms to build stakeholder consensus

  • Drive progress of our key strategic initiatives, leading team members and business segments through end-to-end experiences, programs and projects

  • Set, clearly communicate, and track meaningful goals, managing your own deliverables as well as the progress of others, motivating the team to achieve the expected results, and holding them accountable for doing so, redirecting their efforts when necessary

  • Identify, track, and report out on various KPIs to measure the team's success
