What you'll do...

Position: Senior Product Manager

Job Location: 805 Moberly Lane, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties: Drives the product discovery process by collaborating with the Business, User Experience, and Engineering Teams during discovery to assess value, usability, and feasibility of product features; specifying, prioritizing, and communicating high level and detailed product specifications; and using written specifications, business rules, flows, cases and user experience generated deliverables (for example, prototypes, wireframes, design and copy documents). Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product within a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives by using customer and market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements; and working with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions. Supports product implementation and deployment by engaging with Engineering and Project Management during implementation to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions; working closely with Marketing and the business to launch products and ensure their adoption; coordinating postlaunch activities to validate that the product works as designed and that acceptance testing was successful; managing the development of training materials; training and supporting users on new product features; managing close-loop feedback cycles to encompass customer and user comments and needs; and defining, tracking and improving key product metrics.

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 1 year of experience in product management or related experience OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field plus 4 years of experience in product management or related experience.

Skills required: Must have experience with: Developing a clear long-term product vision, strategy to drive alignment across cross functional team; Leading product development, automation from ideation to delivery using agile methodology and/or safe framework concepts; Conflict resolution, handling escalations and negotiating priorities with stakeholders; Conducting customer surveys, focus sessions, feedback to drive market research, discovery; Manage project development, feature delivery and meeting milestones; Product roadmapping, backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritizing, managing product backlog; Collaborating with UX design to ensure product design are inclined with vision and user needs including user research, usability testing; A/B testing and experimentation to improve product performance; Leading migrations of enterprise applications to new solutions; Defining, analyzing, and monitoring data for KPIs; Leveraging data and product knowledge to influence stakeholders; Product lifecycle including technical writing, product requirement documentations, and specifications; Communicating with both technical, non-technical stakeholders, including leadership, development team, and customers; Leveraging technical knowledge to break down complex, technical details into easy-to-understand concepts for non-tech stakeholders; Creating and delivering compelling presentations, business cases to senior leadership, stakeholders; Designing, managing visualizations and dashboard reports to support data driven decision; Creating high quality business proposals, build vs buy analysis, risk assessments; and Conducting market research and analysis to inform product decision.
