What you'll do...
As a part of the team, you’ll build industry defining finance led experience product to drive differentiated experiences for the customers. Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.
What you'll do:
You are sound with details, eliciting details out of concepts
You are a storyteller, visionary, and have keen eye towards details
You have built large transformation products in the past
You have sound experience in writing Epics, Features and User stories (including functional stories)
You have sound understanding of Agile practices, ceremonies, and artifacts
You like digging into data and doing some analysis
You’re excited about solving complex challenges
You thrive on both leveraging and leading the way
You’re comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from multiple engineering partners, and communicating clearly
5-7 years in product management, experience led data product, data analytics, and reporting
Strong finance domain knowledge
Building and managing high performing teams and effective business stakeholder management for at least 3-4 years.

Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and financial data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks. Manage and prioritize the flow of work by leading the Product Backlog refinement sessions
Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
Building a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution.
Building high performing teams and effective team & business stake-holder management

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00-$192,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
