What you'll do...

This role will be working with International teams to drive execution of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery compliance. The role will work with internal team as well as consulting to test tier 0/1 applications twice a year for DR compliance. The role will also be responsible for status reporting, tracking of tests and issues within Jira, and overall DR governance activities.

Our team collaborates with Walmart International, which has over 5,900 retail units operating outside of the United States under 55 banners in 26 countries including Africa, Argentina, Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Japan, and Mexico, to name a few.

Bachelor of Science and 3 years operations analyst experience OR 5 years operations analyst experience.
5 years’ Service Desk experience or equivalent
