You’ll make an impact by:

  • Supporting the executive compensation function in the design and ongoing management of executive compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring they are appropriately balanced and competitive relative to the needs of the organization and to market practices.
  • Leveraging your analytical skills and knowledge to conduct and produce a variety of high-visibility work outputs such as the CEO pay ratio analysis, realizable compensation tables, etc., and proactively assisting in the preparation of meeting materials for the Board’s Compensation & Management Development Committee
  • Partnering with the Pay Review team on pay equity/pay fairness assessments.
  • Collaborating with People Partner, Recruiting, and Total Rewards Partners to understand their business needs and strategies, thus, enabling the development of competitive compensation packages for internal and external officer hires.
  • Performing market and/or internal peer analyses to provide recommendations to businesses related to officer compensation, retention awards, separation, etc.
  • Conducting regular compensation onboarding sessions with new officers and providing officer equity compensation education to HR Business Partners, as needed, and maintaining currency of materials.
  • Leading or participating in ad-hoc projects related to executive compensation programs and initiatives (e.g., EVP structure).
  • Supporting the Equity and Incentive teams in annual grant processes and ensuring alignment across officer groups.
  • Identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements to streamline and automate manual processes within Executive Compensation.
