What you'll do...

Provide technical support to Walmart Homeoffice associates by providing new hardware, participating in project support and collaborate with our stakeholders when necessary. Attention to detail, cohesive teamwork, and critical thinking skills are essential to be successful.

PRO Tech Engineers need advanced knowledge of tech support practices: issue troubleshooting, driver updates, OS/software uninstall/installation, data migrations, and hardware break fix.

What you'll bring:

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Windows and MAC operating systems, internal laptop/desktop hardware components and their functions, software installation/troubleshooting and the ability to work within an team are required.
