Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Walmart InfoSec department is building a team to place an enhanced focus on Operational Technology (OT). This team will be responsible for delivering world-class solutions balancing Walmart business and security needs.
This high-impact, high-visibility leadership position will develop capabilities, goals, and execute within this unique and ever-changing technology. You will interact daily with business, technology, product, project, and leadership teams.

What you'll do:
- Lead, hire, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver in an agile, innovative technology environment.
- Build and communicate a sharp vision for OT Security across Walmart’s enterprise environment.
- Define strategies to support mid and long-term decisions of capital and technology.
- Aid peer groups to enable cross-functional targets and metrics.
- You have strong exploratory data analysis skills and the ability to make analytical, data driven recommendations and solutions.
- You are passionate about the many ways data can drive positive outcomes for Walmart and its customers.
- You have Compelling, persuasive oral and written communication skills and can build strong cross-functional relationships.
