Position Summary...

What you'll do...

You’ll be responsible for controlling loss, and the development and execution of our fraud mitigation strategy across the E2E organization.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • Strong knowledge of fraud prevention tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • You have industry experience preferably in Payments, eCommerce, Risk, Financial Services, or similar space.
  • You have experience with loss and fraud mitigation leveraging multiple datasets and/or artificial intelligence and making data-driven recommendations and drive strategic decision-making to achieve business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful fraud prevention strategies, resulting in reduction of fraud incidents and losses.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and prior experience working with Product and Technology teams; influence stakeholders, gain buy-in, and lead cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
  • You have experience with product development and application design.
  • Innovator who evaluates and finds solutions outside the box that achieves the desired outcome.

Leads asset protection strategies, processes, and best practices by conducting modeling and statistical analyses; partnering with cross-functional teams across the business; developing assessments of key opportunities; supporting the development of long-range plans and project timelines; communicating with and influencing decision-makers and executives within the organization; and providing specialized vision and leadership throughout the life cycle of change initiatives.
Leads projects and programs as a subject matter expert to investigate and resolve surges in shrink levels for affected stores by bringing external perspective to identify and implement best practices; educating associates on proactive measures to detect signs of shrink in the future; and reviewing affected stores periodically to ensure that similar shrink issues do not resurface.
Directs the development of strategic risk mitigation programs, data systems, and services by leading the development of cross-functional programs; providing direction in the implementation and execution of multiple programs, data systems, and services; and evaluating and measuring operational program processes in order to close compliance gaps and continually improve programs and services.
Directs relationships with third-party suppliers and banking institutions by communicating team goals and customer service expectations; tracking recoveries and customer service quality indexes; recommending new business initiatives and realignment of recovery agencies/firms; investigating payment or fee issues with banking institutions; and reviewing and approving invoices from third-party law firms/agencies or suppliers. Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning. Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Production/Operations Management, or related field and 5 years’ experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in asset protection, global security, auditing, program management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
