What you'll do...

About Team:
In the Technology Strategy team, we address issues that need cross-departmental input and involvement with senior executives throughout the company. While in the commercialization team, we develop partner networks to support increased productivity, speed, and innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Research and analyze learner need and expectations and compare the maturity of products, services, and processes across Global Tech Academy with others in the industry.

  • Identify and define our learner value proposition for data quality across our Global Tech job family personas and identify various touchpoints.

  • Assess and address gaps/risks in the learner experience.

  • Build and own the data quality training / communications strategy and roadmap.

  • Manage backlog/priority tradeoff decisions and communications.

  • Manage product/feature rollouts and scaling (using an MVP approach) and iteratively optimize the training products.

  • Conduct analysis of the training trends/insights as it correlates with overall data quality.

  • Analyze and evaluate learner participation and feedback data to derive and communicate key insights on trends and behaviors.

  • Drive informed discussions with Global Tech Academy and stakeholders to assess feasibility and risks and prioritize efforts in the learning and communications roadmap,

  • Identify areas of innovation across the platform, share potential innovations with the leadership team, and drive initiatives.

  • Recommend new processes, automation opportunities, and ways of working for subdomains.


What you'll bring:

  • Experience with Agile methods including Scrum and Kanban.

  • Enterprise software engineering program management or project management experience for full SDLC.

  • Experience using product backlog management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project for planning, execution, and release transparency. Should be able to build a project plan – milestones with work breakdown with dependencies, dates etc.

  • Ability to articulate technical concepts in business terms through MS Office tools including MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • Ability to document and communicate project commitments, progress status, issues, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.

  • Have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Can coordinate with teams spread across many geographical locations and are flexible in work schedule.

  • Can perform successfully in a high performing environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.

  • Can influence both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Can manage expectations with stakeholders and build solid business relationships.
