This will be a part-time position working around 15-20 hours a week at the Walton Life Fitness Center. You will be the face of the facility as you greet customers once they walk through the door. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for verifying Members signing in, accepting guest payments, answering telephone calls, scheduling sports courts, and handing out sports equipment. You will also be answering basic Member questions, assisting Members with registration for classes, taking class and retail payments while utilizing the cash register functions, and providing class information.

You’ll make an impact by…

• Contributing to the membership process by providing information to inquiring associates.
• Assisting associates with membership applications.
• Entering membership data into the Fitness Center maintenance computer program and processing key fobs.
• Contributing to Facility security by monitoring sign-ins and ensuring member and facility safety.
• Completing work assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
