What you'll do...
Director Technology Operations – (Chief of Staff)
As an integral member of the senior InfoSec Risk & Compliance leadership team, the Chief of Staff acts as the focal point for coordinating organizational strategy, goal planning, mission execution, and daily collaboration across multiple teams. Their knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the Risk & Compliance ecosystem make them uniquely qualified to provide counsel, remove barriers and prioritize efforts to accomplish the Risk and Compliance mission to enable the business.

You will:
- You will learn and grow as you master the complexities of leading a large and diverse organization.
- You will coordinate the cross functional deliverables, budgeting, hiring, policies, and expectations of 14 disparate teams under the Risk & Compliance ecosystem.
- You will partner with your fellow Risk and Compliance leaders to ensure collaboration and communication across the greater Global Tech organization.
- You will advise and counsel the leader of Risk and Compliance on cross team continuous process review and improvement. As you learn and grow, you will help identify inefficiencies and synergies and recommend organizational structure improvements to improve our customer’s experience.
- You will help plan and track the financial spend for Risk & Compliance, collaborating with the larger InfoSec and Global Tech organizations to ensure alignment for new tool purchases, maintenance, contract renewals, outside services, associate training budgets, and associate rewards.
- You will serve as the liaison for all project management efforts across the Risk & Compliance leadership team, ensuring that all work aligns with the overall strategy, project plans are in place, timelines and milestones are being met, and that all projects are within budget.
- You will serve as the liaison for associates and leadership regarding associate sentiment, challenges, and ideas.
