What you'll do...

The “Senior Manager – Procurement, International” is a role supporting Walmart’s international supply chain and transportation procurement activities. This exciting opportunity will provide engagement and growth opportunities within all aspects of Walmart’s international supply chain, with specific focus on Walmart’s Retail Markets around the globe. This position will work with both internal stakeholders as well as external service providers to leverage Walmart’s global scope. The role is based in Bentonville, AR and reports to the Director – Transportation Sourcing and Procurement, residing within the Walmart Supply Chain organization.

You possess:

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• An ability to work well with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
• Refined communication skills, both orally and in writing (Spanish a plus)
• A desire to grasp ownership and drive new initiatives
• A broad experience in international supply chain (Perishable and NVOCC a plus)

You’ll make an impact by…

• Providing meaningful contributions to Walmart’s global supply chain by coordinating and harnessing Walmart’s global volume and scope
• Using experience and market intelligence to educate and advise internal stakeholders
• Developing standardized processes, cohesive reporting, and a coordinated international procurement strategy across multiple Retail Markets
