Senior Manager I, Operations

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a Senior Manager I, Operations you will collaborate, guide and direct the execution of complex products/projects, and programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting the Financial Services team regarding products such as, ATMs, Tax Time, Bill Pay and Money Order. As well, you will build relationships with Operations / AP / Ethics & Compliance teams at levels from BU / Region / Markets.

Effectively crafting communications to ensure successful roll-outs and implementations through process guides.
Develop solutions for any issues that have been escalated through ethics and compliance.

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals.
