Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a part of Associate Digital Experience and Enterprise Collaboration, you'll have directly responsibility for the organization for end-user collaboration initiatives. This position will be working directly with the Enterprise Collaboration team. Having visibility to major processes that impacts Walmart associates, ensuring that programs are well executed, understood, meeting the needs of the users, tracking KPIs and regularly reported to Global Tech leadership.

The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. People Technology is one of the major segments of Walmart Global Tech’s Enterprise Business Services, which is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and the Associate Digital Experience.

What you'll do:

  • Engaging with tech leadership to reinforce the criticality of efforts across Walmart Global Tech
  • Developing business processes to support Global Tech compliance and execution of Tech Policies and Standards
  • Finding ways to increase leverage projects across the portfolio to reduce costs and improve end-user experience
  • Socializing business process changes across tech pillars and horizontals
  • Establishing, maintaining, and reporting on metrics and Key Performance Indicators
  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs
  • Building a team environment by partnering to solve problems and staying focused till there is a solution
