Analyst III, Technology Operations

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As a part of Associate Digital Experience, you’ll directly have responsibility for the organization for end-user collaboration initiatives. This position is part of the Transformation Office in Associate Digital Experience dedicated to address the needs of our VP related to Strategy related to workforce development. Ensuring the strategy is being executed towards Headcount, Training, AES Objective and key results, and cycles and metrics are well communicated to Global Tech leadership.

What you'll do:

• Provides ownership of executive reviews and tracking performance to plan
• Applying rigor towards AES goals and operational metrics related to ADE talents
• Mentoring team members with best ways of working
• Consults and collaborates with leadership to develop training programs
