Senior Manager II Partnership Services – Strategy & Execution role is responsible for driving and serving our international partnerships. They will work with internal and external partners to solve complex problems and provide effective program leadership to the markets and partners they serve.

  • Driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs

  • Developing and communicating business plans and priorities

  • Removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance

  • Identifying performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting performance accordingly

  • P&L ownership maximizing income and limiting expenses

  • Facilitating 2-Way Best Practice Sharing with partners

  • Entrepreneurial mindset identifying and developing new business opportunities

  • Working cross functionally across the enterprise

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you…

Cultivate Relationships – develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including influencing strategy direction and deliverables. Recommend technical and conceptual ideas to establish understanding and acceptance; and reporting results and deliverables to supervisors and stakeholders.

Consult with Partners – consult with internal organizations on strategic initiatives by, developing high-level project plans to achieve strategic goals; prioritizing and aligning work streams within corporate strategies; integrating and prioritizing timelines, tasks, analysis, and team assignments; and ensuring proper planning, testing, and delivery of high-level strategic initiatives

Think and Act Strategically – align and recommend strategies, activities, and best practices by, leading an internal team. Partner with cross-functional teams across the business and International markets. Document project scopes. Develop long-range plans and project timelines. Communicate with and influence decision-makers and executives within the organization

Understand the Underlying Finances – Manage a portion of the department budget and profit and loss (P&L) by, forecasting resource needs and expenses for personnel, travel, and other variable items. Monitor actual expenses versus budget; and making adjustments as necessary

Act as a Change Agent – lead change to achieve desired results by, aligning and defining transformational change and processes. Validate value and priority. Create both short-term and long-term project plans. Assess readiness for change, manage expectations, adjust approaches to have positive company change adopted by the entire organization. Ensure timely project management and implement sustainable change within the business unit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Strategy, Operations Management, or related field and 4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, project management, information systems, operations management, or related field OR 6 Years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, project management, information systems, operations management, or related field.

  • 5+ years’ experience in strategy, consulting or partnerships

  • Global experience for a large, complex sourcing organization

  • 1 year of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

  • 1 year of supervisory experience

  • 3 – 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office

  • 1 – 3 years of experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization

  • 1 – 3 years of experience analyzing data and interpreting results

  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

  • Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
