Position: Senior Manager I, Supply Chain Management

Duties: In-stock & Capacity Management: Recommends demand forecast adjustments for a mid-sized book of business. Maintains appropriate level of instock for a mid-size book of business, while optimizing inventory levels to maximize inventory productivity. Monitors and reviews inbound/space/slots Open To Buy thresholds for the business. Develops capacity plans for mid-size book of business within a single category. Order Execution: Oversees order placement and processing for a mid-sized book of business to ensure purchase order accuracy. Reviews inventory levels for a mid-sized book of business and leads team in appropriate actions to maintain service levels and thresholds. Leads and implements solutions to optimize ordering approach for a mid-sized book of business. Maintains subject matter expertise on Order Model logic. Delivery: Oversees deliveries for a mid-sized book of business to ensure products are delivered on time and in full. Provides recommendations for a mid-sized book of business to improve delivery efficiency, such as improving on-time delivery, offering faster shipping at no extra cost, optimizing fulfillment options (pickup, site-to-store) and improving fresh product delivery experience. Resolves moderately complex delivery/pickup issues. Vendor Performance: Manages vendor performance (Instock, OnTimeDelivery, Fill rate) for mid-sized book of business. Collaborates with vendors to drive improvements on key metrics, such as Fill rate, lead time and out of stock. Manages all item and vendor replenishment parameters to ensure category business goals are met for mid-sized book of business. Fulfillment Center Support: Reviews Inbound/Outbound forecast to inform capacity planning and leveling of Inbound SLAs and suggests potential adjustments. Resolves moderately complex SKU, receiving and/or vendor issues identified within the fulfillment center. Collaboration: Partners with category GM to execute the plans and actions to support the category's financial targets and objectives. People Development: Builds and leads a team to execute on business area or category objectives. Coaches team members and provide feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance. Have performance and career development conversations. Maintains team motivation and engagement. Mentors less experiences associates and managers. Supervises 2.

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field plus 1 year of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related experience OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related experience OR 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related experience.

Skills Required: Must have experience with: using ETL tools to gather data from multiple sources and transforming data for operations and leadership reporting (Alteryx, Tableau Prep, and Dataiku); developing analytical and visibility dashboards using BI tools (Power BI andTableau); performing cost modeling and risk analysis using Monte Carlo Simulation tools (@risk and Arena); coding in SQL to manage relational databases and perform various operations on large datasets; leveraging Supply Chain design and planning tools to optimize network through modeling and forecasting (Coupa-Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru and Demand Guru); using multiple data warehouses and cloud platforms to analyze data and drive business insights (Oracle, MS SQL query, Google Big Query, and Teradata); performing statistical analysis and probabilistic determination to find business patterns and uncover hidden relationships between variables (Regression models and Minitab); developing process automation to reduce manual touchpoints (VBA Macros, MS Power Automate); and conducting root cause and failure mode analysis and documenting opportunities for improvement using lean & six sigma tools (fishbone, 5 whys, DMAIC & FMEA).
