• You have managed or supported learning programs and experience for healthcare focused audiences
• You are a problem solver and solution finder – prioritizing simplicity and the learner experience and communication with stakeholders
• You are an expert in change management processes and audience engagement techniques
• You have experience in managing multiple concurrent programs; ensuring stakeholders are informed and aware of programs status, successes and opportunities to improve
• You are passionate about instructional design, learning outcomes and capability-building activities for learners and the organization
• You have proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and proficiency in Project Management software (SmartSheets, Wrike, MS Project, or Monday)

You’ll make an impact by…

• Implementing and managing learning and talent programs for our 80,000+ health care associates aligned to the organizational talent strategy
• Collaborating with Walmart Academy, Clinical Education, People Partners and 3rd party content providers to create a seamless learning experience for all H&W learning audiences
• Working with business partners, learning leaders, and instructional designers to build or curate learning content to support on-going development programs
• Inputting curriculum data into both Excel spreadsheets and Walmart’s learning database with accuracy, specificity, and attention to detail.
• Researching and applying trends and advancements in the learning and development space to content development and learning experiences
• Exchanging ongoing constructive feedback about content development and curriculum design with peers, supervisors, and other collaborators across the broader Learning team.
• Contributing to Walmart's culture and teamwork by demonstrating ownership, accountability, and openness to feedback.
