What you'll do...

Sr. Manager, Marketing – Retail Brand Experience

Would you like to take on some of retail’s most exciting challenges developing transformational strategies impacting store experience for the communities our stores serve?

Join us on the Retail Brand Experience team as a part of the Marketing organization. You will work to develop strategies that deliver experience design principles across our brick and mortar locations, and while the role is focused on stores, it will require a collaborative approach to ensure consistency of brand presentation that is represented across marketing channels.

This leader will focus on delivering a connected store strategy that allows for meaningful messaging to be delivered to customers at the right points in the journey in several formats including print, digital and experiential. They will also lead the charge designing experiences in our health centers that combine customer insights with business strategies and represent the future of experience in stores.

• You have worked in a retail business and understand the complexities of store
• You build cross functional partnerships with ease and are able to influence your business partners to be successful
• You’re an innovator who loves to make an impact.
• You have experience in defining and building communication strategies
• You love solving problems for customers

You’ll make an impact by:

• Develop and deliver enhanced in store experiences in the health center area that represent the needs of the future customer.
• Influence teams outside of Retail Brand Experience including marketing and merchandise partners, , third party agencies and support groups, operations, etc.
• Represent the Retail Brand Experience team in leadership meetings within Marketing and the larger Walmart US organizations. Additionally, share information with peers to enhance the total team.
