We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager II of Membership Operations to join the Walmart+ business team to develop scalable, omni-channel strategies that drive new member growth and member retention in the most profitable manner. The Senior Manager II will own the operations of fulfillment based benefits and improving the member experience.

The Senior Manager II will have business ownership of improving the experience of those members that utilize fulfillment benefits such as Free Shipping, requiring understanding the member experience, root cause of problem areas and opportunities, and continuously improving the execution of servicing benefits. This includes partnering with key stakeholders to plan and drive changes to how orders are fulfilled, reducing defects towards perfect orders, and improving upon key fulfillment metrics with the ultimate goal of improving member retention. This individual will have business responsibility for the prioritization, development, and execution of the roadmap, and will partner with key stakeholders such as product, engineering, marketplace, customer care, accounting, legal, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting, engineering, information technology or related disciplines AND 4 years+ experience in Operations Management or related area OR 6 years+ experience in Operations Management or related area
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to travel when business needs require (<25%, often with multi night stays)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, and / or membership programs
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in OKR / KPI setting, program ownership, test design and implementation, product roadmap process, and operations process improvement
