Job Summary:
You will have the opportunity to support multi-million-dollar programs and initiatives as Walmart looks towards preparing itself for the future and establishing itself as a sustainable and regenerative company.
The position will be responsible for the project management of electrical infrastructure and energy resilience projects, developing processes and procedures in partnership with compliance, contractors, and engineers. The team manages power restoration, distributed generation, solar, EV charging stations, and electrical infrastructure resilience programs. You will be expected to take initiative and meet with external and internal stakeholders to manage requirements, resolve issues, develop processes and procedures, and cultivate relationships needed to collaborate on larger projects.

Job Description:
Develops and maintains relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders by educating sponsors and stakeholders on product and program requirements and documentation.
Collaborating with contractors, suppliers, engineering firms, and internal stakeholders to establish scope, schedules, and budgets. Submitting budget and po requests, and financial tracking of assigned projects.
Partnership with consultants, engineers, internal stakeholders, and compliance to manage the development of policy, procedures, documentation processes, and installation best practices for project execution teams.
Coordinate with other execution teams on scope overlaps, handoffs, or integrations of scopes with respective projects. Responsible for following up of scope completions and closeout documentation.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
