What you'll do...

The Senior Manager I, Digital Enablement – US Transformation & Support is a critical role that will require an unrelenting focus on providing the next generation of tools associates in stores and supply chain facilities. In this exciting and innovative role, you will be responsible for understanding the current digital tools environment, gathering common pain points and feedback, and representing the user in the 4-in-the-box solution design process, all with a focus on improving the end-user experience.

A few critical aspects of this role entail driving prioritized digital initiatives, features, and functionality in the Me@Walmart application, as well as creating and executing a hardware strategy in alignment with company and operations initiatives.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You’re a proven project manager who has experience leading challenging cross-functional projects.
  • You’re comfortable influencing others, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly.
  • You’ve got a passion to understand the needs of WMUS Stores/Supply Chain and represent their needs in the 4-in-the-box way of working.
  • You drive innovation and continually look for opportunities to create a better experience for the stores and distribution centers.
  • You have a strong desire to own improvement of stores’ digital tools and End to End operational processes in the field by testing, learning and iterating.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turn-around deliverables, including emergency prevention and mitigation efforts.
  • You’re insights-driven, a proven communicator and an advocate for our stores and supply chain facilities.
  • You’re excited about serving as a business and operations expert to advocate for the associate experience.
  • You’re a strategic thinker, can look at the long term and are comfortable making tough decisions.
  • You showcase an ability to work through multiple complex and sometimes conflicting initiatives simultaneously.
  • You can connect the dots between projects across workstreams to ensure the end result of all work supports the broader vision of an End to End associate experience.
  • You have strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights related to program performance and can work to align business and technical needs.
  • You’re stimulated by challenges and adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.
  • You promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others; ensuring compliance; and utilizing and supporting the Open-Door Policy.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing digital tools, (software or hardware related)

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 year’s supervisory experience.
