UHP (Unlock Human Potential)
UHP is a veteran-focused education and leadership development organization based on an 800-acre campus in Northwest Arkansas. Through immersive, high-impact programs, we develop service members and veterans into leaders—equipped with the skills, mindset, and purpose to thrive in their next chapter.
Our approach is built on four core pillars: Think. Train. Feel. Lead.
We integrate human performance, leadership development, and real-world skill building to prepare individuals for meaningful, long-term careers.

The Opportunity
This is a high-impact opportunity for a Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Instructor to shape how nutrition is taught, applied, and experienced across UHP.
You will lead the nutrition lane within our programs—educating future coaches, influencing campus-wide food strategy, and ensuring nutrition is integrated into performance, leadership, and daily life on campus.
This is not a traditional clinical role. This is a builder, educator, and leader position with direct impact on student outcomes and the broader UHP experience.
What You’ll Do
A strong educator and practitioner who can operate at both the instructional and systems level—someone who can teach, influence, and build.
