Senior Project Manager – Ignite America
As we expand, UHP is launching Ignite America Trade Schools—a bold initiative to modernize skilled trades education and close the growing gap in America’s workforce. We are building one of the most advanced trade training environments in the country, combining hands-on instruction with simulation, immersive VR, and AI-supported learning systems.

The Opportunity
This is not a traditional project management role.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Ignite America (Foundational Builder Role) will help build and operationalize Ignite America from the ground up—turning vision into execution at scale.
You won’t just manage timelines.
You will own the systems, infrastructure, and operational readiness required to launch a world-class training environment.
This role sits at the center of everything—facilities, curriculum, technology, procurement, compliance—and ensures it all comes together on time, on mission, and at the highest standard.

What You’ll Own
Build Operational Readiness from Zero to One
Design and execute the full project roadmap required to launch Ignite America—classroom environments, training infrastructure, equipment, and technology platforms.
Turn Strategy into Execution
Translate UHP’s vision into clear, executable plans with defined milestones, deliverables, and accountability.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution
Drive alignment across Facilities, Procurement, Curriculum, Technology, and Leadership to ensure seamless delivery.
Create Systems, Not Just Projects
Build scalable processes, workflows, and project management standards that will support long-term growth.
Own Resource & Logistics Delivery
Ensure all materials, equipment, and environments are delivered, installed, and operational—without delays or gaps.
Drive Accountability & Performance
Track KPIs, timelines, and budgets. Identify risks early and solve problems before they impact delivery.
Ensure Compliance & Quality
Maintain high standards across safety, regulatory requirements, and overall learning environment quality.
Operate as a Trusted Partner to Leadership
Work directly with executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, communicate progress, and drive decisions.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in project management, operations, or building complex environments from the ground up
- Proven ability to take an idea and turn it into a fully operational system
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across facilities, logistics, procurement, and/or technology
- Strong execution mindset—you don’t just plan, you deliver
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with structured PM methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar)

- Experience working on large-scale builds (campus, facilities, construction, or multi-site operations)
- Exposure to trade schools, education, or workforce development environments
- Military experience or strong connection to the veteran community
- Experience launching new programs, initiatives, or environments from scratch
