About UHP
UHP (Unlock Human Potential) is a fast-growing, veteran-focused certification and leadership development organization on an 800-acre campus with state of the art facilities in Northwest Arkansas. We train service members, veterans, and civilians through immersive 19-day programs that produce certified fitness, health, and nutrition coaches. Our mission is simple: give veterans a new mission, a new community, and a pathway to a better life after service.
UHP is scaling rapidly. Admissions volume is expanding month over month, and we are building the team to support 100+ students per month by mid-2026 and 150–200 students per month by the end of 2026.
Position Overview:
The Enrollment Coordinator (School Certifying Official or SCO) owns the student journey from post-application → Day 1 arrival. This role eliminates friction, removes uncertainty, verifies funding eligibility, manages VA/VR&E processes, ensures accurate certification, and partners with Admissions Advisors to drive students toward arrival and graduation.
This is a high-touch, human-centered role. You are the connective tissue between veterans, Admissions Advisors, and campus operations. You protect the student experience and you protect the VA compliance posture of UHP.

- Partner with Admissions Advisors to keep deals constantly moving; close gaps before they become problems.
- Maintain warm, consistent communication with every pending student through funding and travel.
- Ensure all admissions-created Enrollment Deals have correct properties, documentation, and next steps.
- Remove administrative burden from Advisors so they stay focused on interviews and conversions.
High-Touch Student Support & Preparation
- Conduct 1:1 calls with students to walk them through steps, documents, VA processes, and pre-arrival expectations.
- Proactively identify veterans who are stuck, confused, or slow moving—and get them unstuck fast.
- Ensure all students feel supported, cared for, and part of something bigger from the moment they’re accepted.
- Provide ongoing cadence-based nurture leading to arrival.
- Handle sensitive veteran concerns with maturity, empathy, and professionalism.
