About UHP
UHP (Unlock Human Potential) is a fast-growing, veteran-focused certification and leadership development organization on an 800-acre campus with state-of-the-art facilities in Northwest Arkansas. We train service members, veterans, and civilians through immersive 19-day programs that produce certified fitness, health, and nutrition coaches. Our mission is simple: give veterans a new mission, a new community, and a pathway to a better life after service.
UHP is scaling rapidly. Admissions volume is expanding month over month, and we are building the team to support 100+ students per month by mid-2026 and 150–200 students per month by the end of 2026.

This is a high-touch, high-accountability role requiring strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and respect for the veteran’s experience.
