Summary of Job Duties:
The TeamDynamix Administrator Manager serves as the primary technical administrator and subject matter expert for the university's TeamDynamix platform, supporting IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) initiatives. This position is responsible for configuring, maintaining, optimizing, and continuously improving the TeamDynamix ecosystem to enhance service delivery across campus. The role manages day-to-day platform administration including user management, security roles, permissions, service catalogs, forms, workflows, and automation rules; designs and implements custom applications, workspaces, and dashboards to meet departmental requirements; performs regular system maintenance, updates, and supports patches in coordination with vendor release schedules while monitoring system performance and managing integrations with campus systems such as Active Directory, SSO, HR systems, and student information systems; collaborates with stakeholders to design and implement ITIL-aligned service management processes encompassing incident, request, change, problem, and knowledge management workflows; creates and optimizes project templates, resource pools, and portfolio management structures while building and analyzing service metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities; provides comprehensive training and support to TeamDynamix users across campus through workshops, training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles while serving as tier 2/3 support for complex platform issues; partners with IT leadership and campus departments to understand business requirements, facilitate requirements gathering sessions, and translate needs into technical solutions; participates in IT governance committees and coordinates with the TeamDynamix vendor for support, feature requests, and roadmap planning while building relationships with peer institutions to share best practices. In addition to platform administration, this position supervises and mentors a team of IT support technicians, ensuring the efficient resolution of IT issues and providing excellent customer service to end-users across the university. The manager offers guidance, training, and conducts performance evaluations for team members while fostering their professional development. This role oversees the technical support function, ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service and addresses end-user IT needs in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business information systems, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
At least three to five years of experience in IT system administration
At least three years of hands-on experience with TeamDynamix
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of TDX Foundations Module or completion of vendor-provided TDX training
Experience in TeamDynamix Integration Platform as a Service (TDX iPaaS)
ITIL Foundation certification or higher
Experience in IT system administration in higher education
Experience with change management and technology adoption strategies
Experience with workflow design and business process automation (JSON scripts)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of higher education business processes and academic technology environments
Customer service orientation with patience for supporting users at various technical skill levels
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs
Familiarity with integration methods, including iPaaS, webhooks, and web services
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across departments
