Summary of Job Duties:
The Management Department in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas seeks applications from interested candidates to fill a non-tenure track Senior Instructor position effective August 11, 2025. This is a joint appointment with the Dean’s Office and the individual will also serve as the Associate Director of Academic Integrity in the Sam M. Walton College of Business. The Senior Instructor reports directly to the Department Chair. Duties include, but not limited to, teaching a full range of Management courses, holding timely office hours, providing timely grading feedback and maintaining regular on campus presence and availability to students. The teaching load for this Sr. Instructor position is 18 credit hours per academic year. The Sr. Instructor will also assist with Department service activities, as needed. The Associate Director of Academic Integrity role is an administrative appointment of the Dean’s Office and reports directly to the Associate Dean of Curriculum and Teaching Effectiveness. Duties associated with the Academic Integrity position include, but not limited to, advising faculty on academic integrity procedures, serving as the initial point of contact for reports of academic integrity violations; facilitate procedural reviews by the All-University Academic Integrity Board.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive on campus attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Graduate degree (Management or Higher Education related) from an accredited institution of higher education
Prior teaching experience in higher education in a College of Business setting with courses related to Management and Leadership content
12 years or more demonstrated experience in Higher Education
Prior experience working with Student Advising and Academic Integrity programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Terminal degree related to higher education or business administration from an accredited institution
Leadership positions related to Student Services and Academic Integrity Programs
15 years or more of demonstrated experience working with academic services, including holding leadership positions
