Summary of Job Duties:
The Tech Store Sales Associate will work with patrons of the Tech Store and Service Center using their tech-savvy abilities and knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and perform cash register operations while maintaining a high level of customer service. Ability to adhere to store policies and procedures. Position requires forward facing customer interactions.Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 hours a week in 2-4 hour shifts
Formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
Previous cash register experience
Reading comprehension
Ability to work in June and July
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous retail operation experience
Previous 10 key experience
Use judgment and think independently
Outgoing personality
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
Ability to interface with customers with an approachable and positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
