Summary of Job Duties:

The Pilot is to operate Part 91 aircraft (Lear 40/King Air 200) for use by Athletic Department personnel, student-athletes, and University Administrators.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Formal education equivalent to a High School Diploma

• Professional License – Commercial Pilot’s License with multi-engine rating, instrument rating, and 2nd class medical certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education

• Airline Transport Pilot License

• 3,000 hours pilot in command time, 1,500 hours multi-engine time, and 500 hours turbine engine time

• Two years of prior experience

• Lear Jet 40/45 type rating, current

• King Air B200 current

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance

• Knowledge of administrative duties of a corporate flight department
