Summary of Job Duties:
The prospective candidate will be involved in the management of hospitality, cultural heritage tourism, foods, lodging, gaming, events, and areas related to hospitality management. The candidate will assist the hospitality management faculty in research. The candidate will also oversee, maintained, and/or working in the hospitality and foods facilities. Specific duties will be ordering food, touring, and planning events at cultural heritage tourism sites, collecting research samples and data collection, laboratory analysis of food, equipment, photos, artifacts, procurement of feeds and related supplies, and record keeping. Student will be required to complete research and write for journals.

Minimum Qualifications
Current student enrolled at UAPB, SAFHS (preference). Excellent writing skills. Must have a flexible schedule. transportation and be willing to travel to tourism sites. Skills in computer use and programs such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, etc. Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
Enthusiastic to work in research and office settings. Knowledge of Workday or other university employment management platforms. Interest in Hospitality, Foods and Nutrition and or heritage tourism.
Applicant must be a current undergraduate or graduate student in the School of Agriculture, Fisheries and Human Sciences or other related field.- Membership in MANRRS is preferred (No Membership Fees)
